This condominium project, completed in 2023, showcases our expertise in handling smaller-scale renovations. Initially, the property faced several challenges, including smoke damage, neglected maintenance, and leaking plumbing, rendering it unsuitable for sale. The owner, preferring not to undertake a complete overhaul, entrusted us with the task of making it ready for the market. By strategically working within the existing framework, we successfully revitalized the space, providing it with a much-needed facelift.
